Our rating system of resources is based upon a 1 - 5 scale and is as follows.
1 = very poor resource; The resource is out of date, provides very little information, and the information that is provided is given by a questionable source. (all three criteria must be met)
2 = poor resource; The resource is out of date, provides very little information, and the information that is provided is given by a questionable source. (two of the three criteria must be met)
3 = somewhat valuable resource; The resource is out of date, provides very little information, and the information that is provided is given by a questionable source. (one of the three criteria must be met)
4 = valuable resource; The resource is current, provides sufficient information, and is given by a valid source.
5 = extremely valuable resource; The resource is current, provides plentiful and exhaustive information and is given by an expert source.
